I have some news for him.... Forbes and Fifth Avenue's, which is right out his freakin' office window has yet to be cleared. I believe they would be considered primary roads, but who am I to judge? They are ice patches of ruts and holes that tear up the suspension of your vehicle regardless of whether you have 4WD. I realize the enormity of the task of clearing PGH's roads is overwhelming. But come on! Major thru-ways like Fifth and Forbes?? It just goes to show you how really unprepared the city is for disaster's. And I certainly catagorize this storm as a disaster.
