Fast Food Gone Horribly Wrong!

Surf Reporter Andrew recently ordered a Filet O Fish sandwich at a McDonald’s in Melbourne, Australia, and this is what was served to him.  It’s a catastrophic fast fast food failure of the highest order!

  1. O dear God I hope he called the authorities!

  2. What tha hell? Where did this come from?

  3. Some assembly required.

  4. I think that’s a TAR-TAR deflector.

  5. You think that’s bad, I once got one with the receipt still stuck in it. Guess that was the special sauce!

  6. Reminds me of the time I was sitting in a McDonald’s getting ready to take a bite out of a quarter pounder and (luckily) saw one of the employees’ contact lenses on it before chomping down.

  7. The new McFish Cheese Optional…”You decide… because we can’t”

  8. Maybe he asked for “cheese on the side”

  9. Why does the Filet-O-Fish only have a half-slice of cheese on it? I’m glad to know that everyone only gets a half-slice, though. I was beginning to think my local McDonalds had something against me.

  10. Because their Idiots brandy, and because the piece of fish isn’t big enough for the bun, so they just put half a slice of cheese on it instead of a full slice. Makes it so that you don’t get a more cheesy taste and so to say *drown out* the taste of the other stuff.

  11. Geez, a half slice of cheese!!! We only get 1/3 slice here. I swear it’s an inch and a half wide. And, when you ask for some mayo on that dry southern style chicken sandwich, they charge you an extra twenty-five cents. It’s already ridiculously expensive in my opinion.

  12. I think McDonalds in Australia has actually improved though, I’m sure i’ve ordered a Big Mac here in Brisbane before and it was assembled in reverse. You know, bun on the inside, contents smeared on the outside…

  13. Why would you even consider ordering from McDonalds when traveling outside the US?

    Embrace new and local foods!

  14. Mrs. L. Bangs:

You mean like Cream of Kangaroo Gonad Soup?

  15. 911!!911!!

  16. The fish got to hot so it threw the cheese blanket off .

  17. Is there even any fish on it?

LOL @ ‘cheese on the side’ =-)

  18. Could have been much worse, folks. He could have been at a Chinese restaurant, had an angry waiter, and been served as a ’special sauce’…

    Cream of sum yung guy.

    Now there’s a full-body shiver, for sure.

Todays quote: “Be nice to the restaurant staff unless you can personally oversee the preparation of your meal.”

I just now made that up.

  19. Wow…that shows a singular lack of quality control, doesn’t it?

  20. Ha that’s funny were I live they dont even put cheese on the fish sandwiches.

  21. I once got one with nothiing in it and when i came back arguing to get my free burger they tried to kick me out. I stuck my foot somewhere it wasnt supposed to be and dipped back to my place

  22. Filet-O-Fish is a disaster that transcends all countries.
In France too, they have frequent problems with this single cheese slice, and more generally about “burger piles”. You open the box and it has already miserably collapsed.
I guess it is done to make us eat faster and faster – you know, swallowing the burger before the gravity wins.

  23. omg you think this “cheese incident” is bad HA! one time I got a fish filet and drove alllllll the way home only to discover that they FORGOT THE FISH!!! NO JOKE! I was sooooo Pissed. and another time I ordered a double cheese burger with extra ketchup drove about 5 miles down the road open the soggy wet paper that was already ripping bc of the wetness and discovered my double floating in a sea of ketchup it was literally unedible I was so mad that I turned around and drove all the way back (I was pregnant and hormonal lol) and pretty much threw it through the window I swore never again but alas I get a McNasty craving once in a while.

  24. I don’t think people are realizing that their isn’t any fish in that sandwich.

  25. Soooo lazy. There’s no fish on that sandwhich? Maybe the person making it just took a bite out of it… I ordered some wild rice from Dino’s Gyro’s that came with screw. Classy.

  26. hahahahaha! oh man i laughed so hard wow one time we opened up a box of chicken nuggets to find hair on them ewwwww though i do somtimes crave mc.donalds i always check before i leave

  27. Got some fries from McDonalds one time with some gum in the container. Already chewed…

  28. Where do they get the square fish?

  29. Where do they get the square fish?

  30. i still dont understand how mickey d’s is so popular, i dont even think they use real meat, like theyre hamburgers taste like formed oatmeal, but i still eat there every now and then, i just dont get it lol….also i bet that isnt even cheese, like a colored oil patty

  31. I was just going to say what girlgoyle did.

Obviously this was a baited photo and the customer ordered cheese on the side.

  32. That’s funny, I got one sorta like this last week, except the cheese was half the size of this one, and it was oily and stuck to the box… like cheese gets when it’s left out too long or probably sitting at a heat lamp.

  33. Well it sure beats the heck out of the time I went to McDonalds to get my four year old a cheese burger for something he had done as a reward, at that time I had to scrape together enough change to buy the burger just to get it and see that they FORGOT the burger it was just bread and cheese!!!!

  34. do you guys seriously think that is gross well once i went to KFC and i was about to bite into the nuggets and i saw the cooks rotten fingernail on my nuggets luckily this boy yelled out what the heck is on her nuggets.
