Everyone had told me of how great it was, but when I upgraded to the dang thing, it had absolutly no service. Then, when I called AT&T, Cingular at the time, I was told that nothing could be done about it, not even a trade-in. Talk about being mad... Love the report Jeff. First time I stumbled upon it, but it's great. Keep it coming. I was stuck with a Samsung Blackjack.
