Gretchen: Without delving into the realm of politics, a subject which is discouraged in this forum for good and sound reasons, were the outlaws for or against the coup d’etat planned against a sitting President? Your post is cleverly worded to accentuate the nuttiness of the conversation without divulging whether they are right wing wingnuts or left wing wingnuts.

I suppose it doesn’t matter in the scheme of things, but it would illuminate the shape of the conversation. Clearly a pantsless militia on either side should be decried in a democracy or any form of government in which the citizens wish to keep their Thanksgiving dinners down.

JCIII: that article had me at “Beaver County.” Good lord, can’t you guys vote for a name change? Seems like it would be as hard to take the Beaver county courts seriously as it is to take Schwarzenegger seriously as California governor…
